One of my favorite parts of summer is drinking iced tea while sitting outside enjoying the gorgeous weather. We all know there are lots of benefits to drinking green tea but I’ve never been one for the flavor until I found Zen Green Tea from TAZO. Infused with lemon verbena leaves, spearmint leaves, and lemongrass, the light flavor is different and refreshing. I could drink this stuff by the gallons but I have to be careful because it does have caffeine in it and though it’s a great alternative to coffee, it will keep me up if I drink too much.
